A CALL FOR WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING

Daniel 12:10 Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are WISE WILL UNDERSTAND.

We are living in the last days. Let me say it again. WE ARE LIVING IN THE LAST DAYS. But let me stop at this. I am continually surprised at the foolishness of the intelligent….yes, of the intellectually intelligent! The one who has the ability to forecast almost about everything EXTERNAL, yet has no slightest clue about the forecast of the INTERNAL. Then there comes a time where the explanation of the external cannot bring relieve to the need of the internal. I saw it last week in my country, Poland. People reaching out for answers after the presidential plane crash. But instead of finding relief, I saw the multiplying of questions which seemed to lack any conclusive answers.

But now more than ever, I see a deep truth from the book of Daniel

But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the TIME OF THE END. MANY WILL GO HERE AND THERE TO INCREASE KNOWLEDGE. Daniel 12:4

Instead of reaching out for WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING, I see people reaching out for KNOWLEDGE. I see an increase in knowledge yet…I see no change in the knowledge bearers. And while the ones who bear knowledge seems to be the ones standing out among the crowds, I see another. They are MANY. And while they may not have a place in the public standing to share out their opinions or values, God is working on them…from the inside. It might be painful but it doesn’t show from the outside. DISCIPLINE is a word they have come to love. They UNDERSTAND righteousness and justice.

God is looking for WISDOM SEEKERS, God is looking for UNDERSTANDING SEEKERS. Are you one of them?

Psalms 94:8-12 Take heed, you senseless ones among the people; you FOOLS, when will you BECOME WISE? Does he who implanted the ear not hear? Does he who formed the eye not see? Does he who DISCIPLINES NATIONS not punish? Does he who teaches lack knowledge? THE LORD KNOWS THE THOUGHTS OF MAN; he know they are futile. Blessed is the man you discipline, O Lord, the man you teach from your law.

And while the wicked may seem from a time, wiser than you and I, the truth is, they have eyes but do not see, ears but do not hear, have knowledge yet lack understanding. But you, child of God…rejoice because you have wisdom and understanding of the times we are living in. Learn to love the law of the Lord and his discipline because out if it, you will be PURIFIED, SANCTIFIED AND GLORIFIED in Him at his second coming!
